Louisiana “One Call” – Call Before You Dig

The Louisiana Underground Utilities and Facilities Damage Prevention Law requires persons that are excavating or demolishing to call the regional notification center at least two full business days before they begin their work. The LA One Call center will notify local owners or operators of underground facilities and those owner or operators are provided 2 full days to mark locations or supply information that will enable excavators and demolishers to locate underground utilities and facilities.
