After-Hour Service Reconnections

We try to restore water service the same day the payment is received in our office. Our servicemen reconnect service until approximately 8:00 p.m., on Monday through Friday, except holidays. If there are a large number of reconnect orders, it may be after that time.

We also accept payments after-hours until 8:00 p.m. to restore water service that has been disconnected for nonpayment. No payments will be accepted after 8:00 p.m. to restore water service.

After-hour reconnect payments will only be accepted and processed between the hours of 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Acceptable payment from customers requesting after-hours reconnections will be in the form of MONEY ORDER only. No cash or checks are accepted!

When disconnected for nonpayment, the entire amount due on the account will be required to reconnect the service; past due balance, current water charges, after-hours reconnect charge, any additional deposit requirements and/or any NSF charges. The water service will not be reconnected unless the full amount due is received. Our after-hours emergency personnel can provide you the total amount due on your account to be reconnected.

After-hour reconnect payments in the form of money orders only must be placed in an envelope that includes the following information on the outside: Service Name, Service Address and Telephone Number.
